The Military Life
The summer of 1943, Carter Jr. began his studies at the Annapolis Naval Academy. Standing under 6 foot, he didn't fit in with the other recruits, but graduated in the top 10% of his class. He was then sent off to work on submarines all over the United States, then to help Admiral Hyman Rickover develop a nuclear submarine, |
